Wayne and I were good friend and shared web hosting, thus the editing of the page.

Here is the last email I received from Wayne on July 26, 2012

How are you doing… and do I owe you money yet? I never did really understand the new arrangement, but know at some point you’d be sending your henchmen to collect LOL.

Just let me know when you get around to it.

My response on July 31st follows:

I am on the road to recovery. They have been debiting my VISA card since June of 2011 each quarter for $XX for a total of $XXX as of June of 2012.

I was going to let the total reach several thousand dollars and then send the henchmen after you. LOL

Bottom line is it cost each of us $XX and 1/2 cents per quarter!  Not a bad deal.  I had conversation with a friend and he pays $150.00 per year and he complains that his site is down at least twice a month!!

Call me when you get a chance.

I was wondering why I had not received a response.  Today, August 6th 2012 I learned of his passing when I read the obituary.
